What to expect from us:

We will prioritize the admission of patients you transfer to us for care in an attempt to minimize their waiting time in our lobby. Emergency cases with life-threatening injuries or critical illnesses who arrive after your patient may be treated before them at the discretion of our doctors.

  • We do not offer your patients routine veterinary services such as vaccinations, heartworm medication, flea and tick prevention, or prescription food refills.

  • If we have questions that pertain to your hospitalized patient(s), we will call you. We aim to keep you involved with direct communication as much as possible to ensure a smooth transition back to your care.

  • We provide clients with home care instructions upon discharge and are also able to email them a full copy of their medical record if they prefer.

  • We will fax or email your office a copy of your patient's medical record and diagnostic results upon discharge.

  • Please visit our pet emergency and critical care page for more information.
